Exosomes are specialized nanoscale, active vesicles secreted by stem cells in culture. They travel from cell to cell and transfer abundant growth factors, anti-inflammatory factors, and genetic material responsible for tissue repair and immune regulation. Just like the embodiment of stem cells, they regulate the regeneration and inflammatory response of the surrounding damaged cells, and help to repair other cells and tissues in our body.
